Einweichen
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch die Zinken 2–3 Minuten in warmem Wasser einweichen. Vor späteren Anwendungen kurz einweichen, damit sie flexibler werden.
Kratzen
Sobald Sie Wasser zum matcha gegeben haben, bringen Sie vorsichtig das Pulver vom Rand der Schüssel in die Mischung ein.
Schneebesen
Bewegen Sie Ihr Handgelenk schnell in einer M oder W Form. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Zinken nicht in den Boden der Schüssel drücken.
Abspülen und trocknen
Nach Gebrauch mit lauwarmem Wasser abspülen. Den Schneebesen an einem Halter an der Luft trocknen lassen oder mit den Zinken nach oben auf den Griff stellen.

This matcha is incredibly high quality, and the bamboo whisk is by far the best I’ve ever used. It’s durable, doesn’t break easily, and blends the matcha perfectly. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and every time I get a smooth, clump-free cup. I highly recommend trying both – definitely worth it!
It's a lot better than my older whisk. I get a better foam . Make sure to soak the whisk before whisking. I use this everyday and noticed that small parts are bended. It's a bit delicate so make sure to soak before using and clean/store it carefully.
